Do I have to change my filter on time?

Edited

We recommend replacing your filters based on either the recommended time frame or the amount of water filtered—whichever comes first. To find out the filter life of your product, please visit the Product Assistance page and search for your respective filter.

Failing to replace the filter on time will lead to a gradual decline in its effectiveness for contaminant removal, mineralization, and pH performance. While the rate of decline varies, performance generally starts to degrade after the recommended filter life is exceeded.

All reduction percentages as indicated on our test results show the maximum filtration capacity of each product based on the rated lifespan of the filter. This standard helps ensure that all customers can maintain optimal water quality.

Beyond the recommended filter life, we cannot guarantee the filter's performance due to variations in water quality and consumption. If extended use is unavoidable, please note that water quality may not meet the advertised performance standards.
