My lid is cracked or warped, what do I do?
Bamboo is a natural material, so slight cracking or warping can occasionally happen to the lid due to changes in moisture or temperature. We're here to help.
What to do:

Include the following in your message:
A photo of the damaged lid
Your order number or proof of purchase
Your shipping address
Upon receipt of this information, we'll provide you a replacement.
Warranty Coverage
Santevia products are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your lid has cracked or warped due to a manufacturing defect, we will send you a replacement.
Tips to Prevent Lid Damage
Gently wash the bottom of the lid with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
Do not wash the bamboo components unless necessary in an effort to preserve their finish.
Oil the bamboo about once per year to ensure longevity.
