Santevia Reminders: How do I add family members to receive filter change notifications?

You can invite 2 other household members to share the same filter change reminders. 

1. Log in to your Santevia Reminders account and click on the profile icon in the top right hand corner of the dashboard. 

2. Invite a member by adding their name and email.

3. They’ll receive an invitation to their email.

4. Done! Once they accept, they’ll receive the same notifications you do.
   

Note: Invite link expires after 7 days. If they missed it, you can resend them an invitation by repeating the process.

If any household members need to update their profile, you can do so by going to Your Household Members in your account settings. You can edit their name or email address. A 6 digit code confirmation code will be sent to their new contact.
