My MINA filter falls out of the pitcher when pouring water.
Edited
This describes a problem of a MINA Filter that has not been fully inserted into the upper tank of the pitcher. To correctly install, follow these steps:
Remove the upper tank from the MINA Pitcher. Place on a solid surface such as the kitchen counter.
Insert MINA Filter into the upper tank. Press the filter down firmly until it is fully seated in the upper tank.
There should be a visible step between the top rim of the blue MINA Filter and the bottom of the upper tank tub.
The MINA Filter, if installed correctly and fully, will be firmly retained in the MINA Pitcher even if the MINA Pitcher is turned upside down.
