How to create a subscription

By replacing your filters on a timely basis you will always have fresh, mineralized, alkaline water at your disposal. Santevia has created a subscription program to help you with this process and to provide you with an automated delivery. 

Here is how to easily set-up a Subscription step by step.

  1. Select your desired product from our product description page and choose the option “Subscribe and Save 5%.” Select “Add to Cart.”
  2. Choose the delivery frequency. Check your product manual to find out when you should be replacing your filter.
  1. Click on the cart icon on the top right side of the page, and then select “Check Out”. You will then be redirected to a page where you can fill in your personal details. 

  1. Select shipping. If an order is below $99, customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Only subscriptions of 3-Pack MINA Filters qualify for free shipping - if you are purchasing a 3-Pack of MINA Filters, please use the code FREESHIP at checkout.
  1. Add your credit card information and ensure that the billing address matches your credit card number. Click “Pay Now.”
  1. Once your payment is processed, you can create or log-in to your Santevia account to manage your subscription. To do so, select “Manage Subscription.”

    Please note that it is not compulsory to have an account with Santevia. If you do not wish to have an account, you can ask our team to make changes to your subscription by reaching out to us via email (help@santevia.com) or chat. 
  1. If you didn’t create an account after you subscribed, you can go back into your email and find subscription confirmation. Then, select “Manage your subscription.” Once you click on it, you will be redirected to a new page where. Click “Create New Account.” Your subscription will be automatically linked.
