How can I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can fully manage your Santevia filter subscription at any time by logging into your account on

If you do not have an account create an account with the same email address used during checkout when you created your subscription

Once logged in, click "manage subscriptions" on the right side of the screen.

Your active subscriptions will appear as a list. Click on the subscription number to be able to manage it.

From here you have various options to manage your subscription.

  • Pause - Temporarily pause your subscription until you are ready to re-activate it.
  • Cancel - Permanently cancel this subscription.
  • Skip Next Order - Don't want to cancel or pause, but just skip the next scheduled shipment?
  • Attempt Billing - A payment method has failed, it is now updated and you want to attempt again.
  • Update Payment Method - Did you need to change your credit card? No problem!
  • Update Shipping Address - Did you move? Just provide us with your new address.
