How can I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can fully manage your Santevia filter subscription at any time by logging into your account on Santevia.com. Once logged in, click "Subscriptions" to the left side of the screen.

If you have trouble logging into your account or the website says your account does not exist, confirm that you are trying to log in on the correct website ($CAD vs $USD).

Your active subscriptions will appear as a list. Click on the subscription number to be able to manage it.

From here you have various options to manage your subscription.

  • Pause - Temporarily pause your subscription until you are ready to re-activate it.
  • Cancel - Permanently cancel this subscription.
  • Skip Next Order - Don't want to cancel or pause, but just skip the next scheduled shipment?
  • Attempt Billing - A payment method has failed, it is now updated and you want to attempt again.
  • Update Payment Method - Did you need to change your credit card? No problem!
  • Update Shipping Address - Did you move? Just provide us with your new address.
