Why can't I login to my account on the website?

If you can't seem to login to our account please first ensure you are on the correct account login page by clicking on the account icon at the top right hand side of our website. The URL should be the following:

For American customers: https://santevia.com/account

If you have placed an order through our website you do not necessarily have an account. The account creation process is separate from placing an order.
Our website was updated in March of 2020. If you made an account with us prior to that date you will have to create a new account.

If you still can't seem to login try resetting your password via the "Forgot Password" option. If the account is found, a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
