Why can't I login to my account on the website?

If you can't seem to login to your account on Santevia.com, check which currency you have selected at the top corner of your screen. Make sure you are on the proper currency prior to attempting to login. Customer records are stored in two seperate databases for our Canadian and International customers.

If you still can't seem to login try resetting your password via the "Forgot Password" option. If the account is found, a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
