Extended Holiday Return Policy

At Santevia, we want to ensure your holiday shopping experience is as stress-free as possible. That’s why we’ve extended our return policy for the holiday season!

Return Period

Returns will be accepted until January 15th, 2026 for purchases made between November 20, 2025 and December 15th, 2025. Any purchase made after December 15th, 2025 the standard 30-day return policy will apply.

Eligibility for Returns

The extended return period is applicable for all Santevia products, excluding replacement filters (ie: MINA filters, Classic Filters, Gravity Water System Filters). Proof of purchase is required, and this extension is only valid on purchases made on Santevia.com.
