Can I ship to a PO Box?
We understand that some customers prefer to receive deliveries at a PO Box. Here's what you need to know:
United States
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes in the United States at this time.
If you've placed an order with a PO Box address, please contact us as soon as possible with an alternative street address and we'll update your order. Our website has been setup to block PO boxes outside of Canada, however glitches do occur and we apologize for this inconvenience.
Canada
Shipping to PO Boxes in Canada may be available depending on the carrier and your location. During checkout, please be sure to select "PO Box" as your shipping option to ensure that there are no delays with your order processing.
