Can I track my shipment?

After your package has shipped, we will email you a tracking number to track your shipment.
If you received a tracking number referring to Canada Post, Fedex, or UPS, you can track your package by clicking on the link in the email you received or visiting the carrier's website to confirm the status of your shipment.
If you do not receive your tracking number in an email within two business days, please check your spam folder for an email from "tracking@shipstation.com."
For orders in the United Kingdom, you can track your order by clicking on the link in the email you received, or alternatively, you can visit our UK tracking website (https://www.swiship.co.uk/track/) and search for your tracking number. This process will only be required for order numbers that start with "UK—" (e.g., UK-12345).
