Which shipping carriers do you use?
Santevia has partnerships with multiple shipping carriers to ensure that you get your package as quickly as possible based on your location and shipping selection chosen.
Note that the shipping carrier chosen during checkout may not be the carrier that is used for the entirety of your delivery journey, as some packages are handed off to alternate carriers to ensure the best level of service.
We may ship with one of the following carriers depending on the package size, destination and value of your shipment. It is best to track your package using the tracking number provided via email once shipped.

For orders under $99, customers will be asked to select a carrier option during the checkout process. Santevia reserves the right to ship your package with an alternate carrier should the estimated delivery timeline be equal or better than the carrier chosen.
