Which shipping carriers do you use?
Santevia has partnerships with multiple shipping carriers to ensure that you get your package as quickly as possible based on your location and shipping selection chosen.
Note that during checkout you will be asked to select Standard or Expedited shipping. Orders shipped within Canada that are being shipped to a PO Box will be shown a PO Box shipping option as these orders must ship with Canada Post.
We may ship with one of the following carriers depending on the package size, destination and value of your shipment. It is best to track your package using the tracking number provided via email once shipped.

Orders that do not meet the Free Shipping threshold will be provided with a live shipping rate quote during checkout. Should your order be eligible for free shipping, you may still upgrade to a faster shipping service during checkout.
